Old Habits Die Hard
Habits are
ordinary courses of behavior. They are not inborn but are acquired over a
period of time. If we do the same thing over again and again for a long
period of time it becomes a habit. Habits have a stronghold on human
beings. Once a habit is formed, a person finds it almost impossible to
get rid of it. Some habits are good, while others are bad.
Sometimes though people try to get rid of their habits, they find it difficult
to do so as the old ways of behavior keep surfacing reaffirming the truth
contained in this proverb that habits die only with us.
