It takes two to make a quarrel

A man can not make clapping only with one hand. Every coin has two sides and it takes two to make a row. Similarly, one person alone cannot quarrel with anybody. It always takes two to make a quarrel. Provocation is the root cause of quarrels. Whether it is quarrels or fights there will be two persons. In the war to at least two nations are involved. There may be more than two nations. We can find its example in the first and second world wars. These wars are fought sometimes on small issues but millions of people are killed in them. If it is a quarrel in a factory, it is between the workers and management. If there is a quarrel at a shop, it is between the shopkeeper and the customer. Thus quarrels always take place between two or more than two persons. One man alone can never quarrel. Hence it takes two to make a quarrel.
