Science and Religion

 Science and Religion

Science and Religion appear to be opposite to one another as a result of the dissent with relation to ways and contents. Science is based on practical application. It demands proof of everything. He does not believe anything until he experiments it. He revises his judgments because what is true today may not be true tomorrow. Religious faiths cannot be revised and nobody can question them.

Religion tells us about God, the norm of human behavior, life, and death. No religion reaches hatred and no religion propagates the killing of others. But science wants to discover new things and invent new things. Science does not accept moral principles. Science has given us both life-saving medicines and weapons for killing human beings. Some people are of the view that wherever science fails, spiritual faith begins. When science can not give proof, religion explains with the help of God's omniscience. According to these people, science and religion are complementary to each other.

Some people think that science and religion are so correlated to each other that religion is the science of ancient times and science is a religion of present days. Some religions talk of doom's day. After this, the total universe is going to be remade. Modern science tells that all stars and planets will become black holes and the universe will be reorganized. There are some religious customs that are based on scientific principles.

Though there is not much common between science and religion yet both are equally important. Science develops rational thinking among us whereas religion cultivates our faith. Both reason and faith are essential in our life. We need each of them in our way of life. the person ought to be target-hunting by each science and faith. The steerage of only one can build him incompletely.
